Media

High-impact production without high production costs.

A selection of media projects produced independently across product promotion, branded content, corporate training, events and documentary-style coverage.

The common thread is efficient production.

Every project shown below was delivered for less than £1,500, using a deliberately lean production model. Depending on the project, that meant combining filming, editing, graphic design, sound, AI-assisted production and post-production within a single workflow rather than building a large production crew around the brief.

The objective has always been straightforward

Use the budget where the audience will actually see it.

Product Promotional Film

Ginco Foods | Bombay Mix

A short-form product film designed to turn a traditional packaged-food product into something visually distinctive and immediately suited to social media.

The production combined original storyboarding with AI-generated visual elements, voice production, music development, compositing and editing. The focus was on creating the impression of a considerably larger advertising production while keeping the actual production model extremely lean.

Production: Storyboarding, creative direction, AI-assisted production, voiceover development, music development, image compositing and editing.

Tools: Adobe Photoshop, AI production tools, Final Cut Pro, Apple Mac.

Product Promotional Film

Aytac Foods | Feta Cheese

A fast, visually driven social campaign piece created to give an everyday food product a much stronger digital presence.

The film was developed from concept through to final delivery using storyboarding, AI-assisted imagery, voice production, music and post-production. Rather than relying on a conventional studio shoot, the creative approach used modern production tools to build the visual world around the product efficiently.

Production: Storyboarding, concept development, AI-assisted visual production, voiceover development, music development and editing.

Tools: Adobe Photoshop, AI production tools, Final Cut Pro, Apple Mac.

Historical Footage Re-edit

Aytac Foods | Brand Film

A good production does not always require new footage.

This project involved taking existing historical material and restructuring it into a more focused promotional film. The work centred entirely on post-production, identifying the strongest material available, rebuilding the pacing and creating a more coherent finished piece from footage that already existed. It is an example of how existing media libraries can often be repurposed before committing budget to another shoot.

Production: Footage review, edit structure, pacing, sequencing and final post-production.

Tools: Final Cut Pro, Apple Mac.

In-flight Charity Awareness Film

British Airways | Flying Start

Produced for British Airways' Flying Start charitable initiative, this film was created to support passenger awareness of charitable giving while travelling.

Filming took place aboard an aircraft at Heathrow, requiring a lightweight production approach suited to a genuine operational environment rather than a controlled studio set. The result was a practical piece of communications content designed for a very specific audience and viewing context.

Production: On-location filming aboard the aircraft, production and post-production.

Tools: Canon camera system, Final Cut Pro, Apple Mac.

Documentary Event Film

NFT.London | Parliament

A fly-on-the-wall record of NFT.London's visit to Parliament, including a presentation by Ian Utile, founder of NFT.NY, involving MPs and the APPG for Blockchain, AI and Metaverse.

Rather than staging the event for camera, the production was designed to capture what was genuinely happening around the room. Multiple compact camera systems provided different perspectives while allowing the filming to remain unobtrusive. The result sits somewhere between event documentation and short-form documentary filmmaking.

Production: Event filming, multi-camera capture, 360-degree footage, observational coverage and post-production.

Equipment: Sony FX-series cameras, 360 cameras, Apple Mac.

Conceptual Promotional Film

Pulse Dex

A deliberately cinematic promotional piece developed around a dark, Gotham-inspired visual direction.

Rather than relying primarily on filmed footage, the production was constructed through graphic design, AI-generated visual material, compositing and extensive post-production. The project demonstrates how an unconventional visual identity can be created on a limited budget when the concept drives the production rather than the size of the crew.

Production: Creative concept, graphic design, AI-assisted visual generation, compositing, motion treatment and editing.

Tools: Adobe Creative Suite, AI production tools, Final Cut Pro, Apple Mac.

Collection Promotional Film

RichSkill NFT Collection

A promotional film created to introduce the RichSkill NFT collection without the expense of a conventional commercial shoot.

Stock footage and AI-generated visual material were combined into a single visual narrative, allowing the production to create scale and atmosphere while remaining within a very small production footprint. The project is an example of using available and generated media intelligently rather than treating original filming as the only route to a finished campaign.

Production: Creative development, stock-footage sourcing, AI-assisted visual production, compositing and editing.

Tools: AI production tools, Adobe Creative Suite, Apple Mac.

Corporate Sales Training Video

SuperReach

A corporate training production designed to turn sales knowledge and internal communication into structured video content that could be reused across the organisation.

The project required a different approach from promotional media. Clarity, consistency and usability were more important than spectacle. Professional camera systems were used to create a clean corporate presentation while keeping the production deliberately straightforward and cost-efficient.

Production: Filming, training-content production, editing and compilation.

Equipment: Sony FX30, Sony A7 IV, Final Cut Pro, Apple Mac.

Launch Event Film

Goldie NFT Collection | W1 Curates

Event coverage documenting the launch of Goldie's NFT collection and a celebration of his career at W1 Curates on Oxford Street, London.

The challenge was to capture the atmosphere of a live cultural event without turning the filming itself into the event. A combination of conventional cameras and 360-degree capture allowed different perspectives to be recorded while working with a very small production footprint.

Production: Event filming, atmospheric coverage, multi-camera capture and post-production.

Equipment: Sony ZV-1, Sony A7 IV and 360 camera.

Technology Event Film

Tech Circus | FlaxNFT & Sophia

Event coverage produced around a Tech Circus programme featuring the launch of FlaxNFT and an appearance by Sophia, the humanoid robot.

The production focused on documenting both the technology being presented and the audience experience around it. Multiple cameras were used to capture speakers, interactions, demonstrations and the wider atmosphere without requiring a conventional event-production crew.

Production: Event filming, multi-camera coverage, 360-degree capture and post-production.

Equipment: Sony A7 IV, Sony A7 III and 360 camera.

Community & Project Event Film

Metaverse London Week | Day Two

A smaller, more informal event required a different production style.

The focus here was on capturing the people, conversations and projects being presented during Day Two of Metaverse London Week without making the gathering feel staged for camera. Compact camera equipment and 360-degree capture allowed the event to be documented naturally while retaining enough visual variety for the finished edit.

Production: Event documentation, project coverage, multi-camera filming and post-production.

Equipment: Sony ZV-1, Sony A7 III and 360 camera.

Launch Event Film

SpectrumNFT | TAPE London

A promotional event film documenting the launch of SpectrumNFT at TAPE London, promoted by Phoenix Community Capital.

The production was built around the energy of the venue rather than attempting to control it. Low-light filming, moving crowds, music and a live launch environment required a lightweight camera setup capable of capturing moments quickly. The finished film was designed to preserve the atmosphere of the event while giving the project a polished piece of media that could continue working after the night itself had finished.

Production: Event filming, multi-camera coverage, 360-degree capture and post-production.

Equipment: Sony ZV-1, Sony A7 IV and 360 camera.

Lean production by design

These projects were not produced with large crews, extensive studio infrastructure or conventional agency budgets.

They were built independently, with each production costing less than £1,500.

That constraint shaped the approach.

It meant deciding where filming was genuinely necessary, where existing footage could be repurposed, where graphic design could replace physical production, and where newer technologies such as AI could reduce the cost of creating assets that would previously have required considerably larger budgets.

It is not to make inexpensive work look inexpensive.

It is to understand which parts of a production actually create value on screen, and concentrate the available budget there.

For organisations working with defined budgets, that can make sophisticated media production considerably more accessible.
